Damaged Goods

1. Reporting a Damaged Package:
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the package.

To report a damaged package, email us at [email protected] with the following:

Order number.
Photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging.
2. Resolution Process:
Upon receiving your report and required evidence, we will review your case within 3-5 business days.

If the damage is confirmed:

We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund based on availability and your preference.
Return shipping for the damaged product (if required) will be covered by us.
3. Exclusions:
Damage caused by the shipping carrier after delivery to the provided address will not be covered.
Claims made after the 7-day window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Lost or Misdelivered Packages

1. Lost Packages:
If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
We will coordinate with the carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement/refund, as appropriate.

2. Misdelivered Packages:

Ensure the shipping address provided during checkout is correct. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
